Our Purpose
SIMUL’s journey began in 2008 when the first company in our Group was established. As our success grew, and we incorporated further companies there was a requirement for support that could operate over all companies. In 2020 we introduced SIMUL Group as the home of a collection of centralised teams, including our Executive Team. These centralised teams provide support and direction across the Group as well as promoting our embedded values and culture, all of which have stood firm since the start - Excellence, Honesty and Unity.

Our Executive Team is made up of four key members. They are the influential energy of all the companies that sit within SIMUL Group. They provide strategic direction for all the companies and promote a positive work environment which encompasses all our shared values. These values remain strong and continue to underpin a united culture.
