Tom’s rational and ordered approach to life allows the evolution of practical results. His skill set is a welcomed asset and combined with two decades of practical experience in project management he provides a balanced point of view at Group level. Tom has worked on projects of varying sizes and values and has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to achieving exceptional results. In 2008 he co-founded SPACE, then SCAPE in 2015, SIMUL in 2020 and most recently LUMi in 2024. Toms influence across Group to foster a culture of safety ensures that excellence and well-being are at the forefront of all operations.
