Steve O’Callaghan

With over two decades of experience within the building and fit-out industry, Steve began his career working with some of the best UK industry leaders, delivering complex projects across commercial, educational, and leisure sectors. In 2008, Steve co-founded the first in a number of companies that now form SIMUL Group. Building on the first company, SPACE, that was established in 2008, Steve went on to co-found SCAPE in 2015, SIMUL in 2020 most recently LUMi in 2024. Sitting at an executive level in SIMUL, Steve, with a background in Quantity Surveying, empowers the teams to fully capitalise on every project across Group. His leadership, strategic insight and rigorous attention to detail consistently elevate the Group of companies that make up SIMUL, fostering excellence across all levels.
